JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist with review and revision of contracts;
• Assist with contracts migration and quality control in contracts management system;
• Research areas of law as necessary for business needs of company;
• Assist in training and presentations to company on legal issues and policies; and
• Assist on legal projects in other areas, as requested by the legal department.
