Business Development Manager for East Africa ( Tanzania) to grow its
market share and revenue in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.

• Collecting and updating market intelligence
• Market development
• Customer presentations
• Funnel development and management
• Market Segmentation
• Prospecting
• Distributor technical support
• Customer technical support
• Arrange training – products – certifications
• Meet growth objectives
• Oversee installations and POC’s
• Be the link between territory and head office
• Joint visits with distributors
• Gather marketing intelligence
• Performance KPI – linked to sales funnel
• Growth – business overall
• Key stakeholder management

Must have Business or Technical Degree /Technical Degree in
Engineering related majors, Exposure to pan African business
development, Technical sales experience, Market development experience,
Sales channel management and also have Sub-Saharan Africa technical
sales experience
