Erepo Development Estates is looking for an experienced Town Planner to assist them in Regularization project in Dar Es Salaam.

JOB TITLE : TOWN PLANNER – 5 POST
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Co-ordinate and communicate with other institutions/organizations, Local Government Authorities, Transport Authorities, Dar es Salaam City residents and other service providers on improvement and proper land uses .Preparations and analysis of Resettlement Action Plan mitigation issues.Developing the initial design ideas or design ideas and improve the developed area.Prepare proposals for new projects such as settlements upgrading or redevelopment .Ensuring that all changes in the use of land are incorporated in drawings.Keep informed about policy and legal issues involved in the city physical development.Performs such other related duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree/Advanced Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from any academic Institution recognized by the TCU/Government of Tanzania.
