The Tanzania University Commission (TCU) said it has made sure that all higher education institutions in the country are assessing the quality of education offered there, a report of that review revealed several shortcomings in some colleges.

So the commission has decided to terminate the morals of the first year students for the year 2017/18 for the colleges.
