INTRODUCTION

The Government has been providing guidance on how to deal with complaints in its institutions including local government authorities.

These instructions have been provided through training and documentation in the world. This leaflet has used information made by the Office of the Presidential Headquarters at a session of the Head of the Department of Administration and Service in Local Government Authorities and Regional Secretariat Experts on 14-19 December 2009.
