POSITION:-Debt Collection Call Center Agent

REPORTING to; - HOD Call Center
QUALIFICATION;-Certificate/Diploma in Accounting and Finance, Business administration, or equivalent to the related subject and from the recognized institution.

RESPONSIBILITY 

• You will be responsible for recovering the money and ensure targets are met
• Negotiate payoff deadlines /Promises to Pay (PTP,S)
• Handle questions or complaints
• Resolve discrepancies

RENUMERATION; Commission based
