Head Of Front Office 

DTB Tanzania is expanding its horizons by opening a branch in Singida around October 2019 and a second branch in Zanzibar thereafter. This is a unique opportunity for candidates with the required qualifications to apply for the following positions at DTB Tanzania.


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Banking/Business/Management and or related professional qualifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acts as the prime interface between the bank and the client.
• Identifies and develops medium retail banking business for the bank, with an emphasis on income generation.
• Manages all front office customer-related queries

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• 3 years’ minimum experience in retail banking and front office banking operations.
• Good management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest and trustworthy.
