- Project offices: Arusha, Dodoma, Tabora

Summary

The Council Project Coordinator (CPC) is a self-motivated individual who will provide direct oversight and technical assistance to a Council Health Management Team (CHMT) to enable them to provide quality integrated and comprehensive RCH/PMTCT, FP, TB and HIV services. She/he will be a focal person representing EGPAF within the district, with the primary goal to ensure quality RCH/HIV and integrated TB and FP services delivery by supported health facilities, through effective and proper communication, coordination, technical support and monitoring of the EGPAF supported program activities and the related activities in the district CCHP. S/he reports to the Senior Project Manager who provides leadership and technical support within the region. This position requires to be stationed in the field, with frequent travel within the district to its health facilities.

Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities
Coordination of council implementation plan to provide integrated HIV, FP and TB servicesProvide technical assistance to councils to build capacity of council and health facility staff to offer quality integrated HIV, TB, and FP servicesPerformance monitoring and reporting, including f inancial monitoring of sub-agreements and programmatic monitoring.

Required Qualifications

Graduate degree in health or social sciencesMaster’s in Public Health would be advantageous

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

At least 5 years’ experience with MNCH and HIV/AIDS programs is essentialKnowledge in Project Management and Quality ImprovementGood communication skills both written and verbalComputer literacy, with comfortable working experience with the basic Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Ms Outlook)Should be fluent in both Kiswahili and English
