Mission
To develop the Group's road freight service in Africa.

Accountability & Responsibility Areas.
Improving existing customer relationships, identifying future opportunities and ultimately growing the service line.
Ensuring every site across Africa is operating to the same standards and procedures.
Exhibiting a teamwork mentality and installing the same in your team.
Responsible for all road freight operations throughout the Group’s.
Creating and iterating operational processes & procedures to improve the customer’s experience.
Recruiting and managing a team to create the best road freight set-up possible.
Communicating clearly and effectively with management, including preparation of thorough weekly reports of all activities.
Actively support Group’s Health, Safety, Environment and Quality vision and values.

Knowledge & Skills
International exposure.
Commercially astute.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivation, leadership and innovation.
Excellent written report writing skills.
