North Korea has vowed revenge and ensured that the US has paid for its costs, by designing the United Nations Billing restrictions following its nuclear weapons plan.
The barriers that were supported by lots of votes by the United Nations on Saturday "are a violation of the country's independence," the North Korean news agency KCNA said.
The resolution was finalized by 15 votes per fan
On the other hand South Korea says that North Korea has refused to request a negotiation.
The barriers aimed at preventing North Korea's export sales into one third.
Such UN constraints followed the frequent experiments of US missiles, a situation that has led to serious concern on the Korean continent.
Today on Monday North Korea said it would continue with its controversial plan to create nuclear weapons.
Through the KCNA government information center, North Korea said he could not break his plan when facing the threat from the US.
