Job Summary
Head of ICT will be an overall in-charge of the Information Technology, System design and development.Duties and Responsibilities
• Head of Information Communication Technology and Business Continuity Management Department
.• Establishing and manage bank’s network infrastructure
• Computer Systems design and development.
• Maintenance and updating of existing Management Information Systems.
• Creating and maintenance of data base.
• Manage database, systems design and development.
• Devise security systems for protection of data and information.
• Responsible for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Programme.
• Manage information security system.
• ICT Vendor and Project Management
Minimum required qualifications:
• Holder of master’s degree in Computer Science with at least 10 years working experience,Knowledge in Banking is a must.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Expertise in data center management and data governance
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Ability to manage personnel• BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field

Duties & Responsibilities
• Manages information technology and computer systems
• Plans, organizes, controls and evaluates IT and electronic data operations
• Designs, develops, implements and coordinates systems, policies and procedures
• Ensures security of data, network access and backup systems
• Acts in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Identifies problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Audits systems and assess their outcomes
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures
Minimum qualification requirements
• Proven working experience of not less than 6 years as an IT manager or relevant experience

Job Summary
ICT officer will be responsible for implementing, managing and troubleshooting the bank’s existing network and networked systems. Ensuring optimum performance, availability and security of the bank’s server, infrastructure, databases and the communication systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Operates, provides instant support and deals with trouble shooting in the existing systems e.g.branch operations, e-mail, internet banking, SMS banking, power severs, PCs, swift, signature,and the like are in a good running order and provide support where necessary.
• Participate in the development of project of the IS related technical aspects.
• Perform trouble shooting as they arise.
• Maintain and ensure that disaster procedures are adhered to
• Analyze, customize, test and upgrade the new patches or existing patches of various systems.
